Return & Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction and comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our return policy below:

Eligible Returns
Customers may return products under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals.

The return is initiated within 10 business days of delivery.

The product is defective, unsafe, or not as described, in accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA.

Non-Returnable Items
To protect product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Products not in their original packaging or missing components.

Returns based solely on change of mind, unless the purchase was made via direct marketing and falls within the CPA’s 5-day cooling-off period.

Return Process
Customers must notify us in writing before returning any item.

Returned goods must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria. This policy ensures fairness for all customers and helps us maintain the highest standards of quality.
