Cancellations
We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 7 (seven) days. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Please call us or email us to do so.

If you cancel an order and the goods have already left our warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods you purchased.
We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding cancellation.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We do not accept returns on:
1. Items that require mounting and assembly that have been mounted and/or assembled.
2. Customised or personalised products.
3. Special order items including promotional and corporate gifts merchandise.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
• Note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Manufacturing Defects
Items with manufacturing defects will be sent directly to the specific manufacturer in accordance with the Warranty terms.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can take up to 10 days in most cases. NO CASH REFUNDS.
