Thank you for shopping with RAFS DEALS (PTY) LTD. We value your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return it under the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items

2. Change of Mind or Incorrect Item Purchased
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect product, the following conditions apply:
- The original courier/shipping fee paid to send the item to you will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for returning the item to us at your own cost, using a reliable courier.
- Alternatively, RAFS DEALS (PTY) LTD can arrange a collection through our courier partner. A collection fee will be deducted from your refund amount or invoiced separately.
- The item must be received and inspected before a refund is processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the issue for verification. Once confirmed, we will:
- Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund (including courier fees, if applicable).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note:
- Refunds exclude original courier fees (except where the return is due to our error).
- Banking and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
