Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in resalable condition
No returns after 7 days unless required by law

Non-Returnable Items
No returns or cancellations on:
Custom-made, fabricated, cut-to-size or non-standard items
Slings, wire rope, lifting gear once used, fitted, load-tested or installed
Consumables, lubricants, PPE once opened
Clearance or non-returnable marked items

Defective / Incorrect Goods
Report within 7 days of receiving goods
Provide photos and order number
Collection / courier at our cost
Replacement or full refund offered

Customer-Initiated Returns
Customer covers courier cost + 15% handling fee
Goods must be returned within 5 business days of approval
Refund issued within 14 days after inspection

Refund Conditions
Original payment method only
If product is damaged, incomplete or not in original condition, refund will be rejected

For safety and traceability, lifting and rigging items cannot be returned once used, installed or exposed to load.
