If you wish to return a product you may do so within Seven (7) days from the day of delivery provided that the item:

Has not been used
Is complete and in its original selling condition
Remains sealed in its original packaging
Send us photos/images of the product you want to return and a detailed explanation, why you want to return the product and we will get back to you in 72hrs.
The customer is required to pay the delivery fee or courier fee if they want to return the products.

*No Returns on Opened or Assembled items.
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or assembled.
We do not accept returns if the customer change’s their mind about the product/s purchased.

*Returning products that are defective or damaged
It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect all goods upon delivery before signing that the goods have been received.

When a product is delivered damaged:
If a product arrives visibly damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please insure that you clearly indicate on the delivery note that the goods were not received, along with a brief description of the damage. The delivery driver or courier will return the products to LBM Furniture

We kindly ask that you immediately contact LBM Furniture to report the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Damaged After Delivery:
If a product is damaged, Scratched or broken after delivery we do not accept any return or refund.
*All returns approved will take up to 7-10 days to get your refund or exchange.
