Thanda Investment – Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return products purchased from Thanda Investment.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Customers may request a return within six (6) months from the date of purchase.
1.2. To qualify for a return, the product must be in resellable condition, which includes but is not limited to:

Being clean, undamaged, and free from signs of misuse; and

Including all original components, accessories, and packaging, where applicable.

2. Assessment of Returned Goods
2.1. All returned items will be subject to inspection by Thanda Investment.
2.2. Thanda Investment reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be damaged, altered, misused, or otherwise not in resellable condition.

3. Collection Fee
3.1. Where Thanda Investment is required to collect the returned item, a collection fee shall be charged.
3.2. The collection fee shall vary depending on:

The customer’s location; and

The reason for the return.
3.3. The customer will be notified of the applicable collection fee prior to collection.

4. Handling Fee
4.1. A handling fee may be charged at the discretion of Thanda Investment.
4.2. This fee may apply where additional labor, inspection, or repackaging is required.

5. Exclusions
5.1. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair attempts, or improper handling by the customer.
5.2. Custom-made or modified items may be excluded from return eligibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Refunds and Credits
6.1. Approved returns may result in a refund, replacement, or store credit, at the discretion of Thanda Investment.
6.2. Refunds will be processed only after the item has been inspected and the return has been approved.

7. Amendments
7.1. Thanda Investment reserves the right to amend or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The version in effect at the time of the return request shall apply.
