PRODUCT GUARANTEE POLICY
Furniture is covered by an external manufacturer’s warranty – please refer to the relevant warranty exchange/refund policy
Upholstered furniture such as sofas and chairs are guaranteed for one year from date of delivery/collection in respect of the frame, craftsmanship and filling.
The guarantee does not extend to the fabric used to upholster the item as this is subject to normal wear and tear. It also does not cover fading or changing due to light exposure.
All our foam is guaranteed for weight limits of 100kg or less.Any weight limits above 100kg will require a special order to be made.

TIMBER
Timber products are guaranteed for one year from date of delivery
The guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear associated with domestic use and/or natural wood effects or characteristics imperfections such as minor cracking, shrinkage and changes in color over time.
This guarantee does not extend to an item that has been left outdoors unless it is clearly indicated on the packaging of the product that it may be left outdoors with no cover.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION POLICY
Furniture is delivered to the customers’ home via a courier service to the front door only (of the ground floor). The delivery fee is determined in relation to delivery distance from our depot to the delivery address. A single delivery fee will be charged regardless of the number of items purchased in one transaction, subject to the maximum delivery space available within the delivery vehicle.
The customer must ensure that the furniture items/will fit through entrances, doorways, lifts and stairwells, and that these routes are clear of obstructions for delivery. Furniture cannot be hoist on balconies (furniture measurements are available)
The delivery person will only deliver to the designated address given as per the invoice stated and the person authorized to deliver and receive the delivery.
The delivery person will contact the customer within 72hours to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient to the customer on any weekday between 8am-5pm. Strictly no deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
When the delivery person contacts the customer to arrange delivery, the customer must notify the delivery person of the level level of property is on e.g ground floor ect.
The designated person receiving the goods will be required to sign the proof of receipt/delivery to indicate that the goods received are undamaged and sealed in its original packaging.
If the goods are damaged, it must be indicated on the delivery document and signed by both the delivery person and the person receiving the goods.

NORMAL RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The items must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Customers should inspect goods on delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage to the products .Once the delivery note is signed and acknowledged that goods were received in good order, no liability will be due by the suppliers .
No returns of items that are Used, Installed or assembled, taken apart, damaged or mishandled, returned without original packaging or accessories.
No return of mattresses due to hygiene purposes.
All goods returned and not damaged, due to incorrect measurements by customers will incure a levy of 30% of the price of goods. This will recover costs to resell the products at a discounted price. Transport costs will be charged for the exact delivery fee when goods are collected and subtracted from the balance of the amount to be repaid.
No returns will be accepted on damaged items.
The company will not be liable if the customer has assembled the items and damaging the items.
The exchange and refunds policy will not apply to the mattresses unless the items is returned due to a manufacturer’s defect.
