1. Overview

Certain products sold on our website require special packaging to ensure safe transport, handling, and delivery. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Bags for loose materials (e.g. sand, gravel, compost)

• Pallets for bulk items (e.g. bricks, cement blocks, tiles)

Where such packaging is required, the cost will be automatically added to your cart at checkout.

2. Packaging Fee

• The packaging fee is in addition to the product price displayed on the product page.

• The adjusted total, including packaging, will be visible in your cart before payment is completed.

• The amount charged for packaging will vary depending on the product and type of packaging required.

The following products require a R229 packaging deposit for the supply of bags:

• All special packaging is returnable to any of our physical stores.

• When returned in good, reusable condition, you will receive a full refund of the packaging fee paid at the time of purchase.

5. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a packaging refund:

1. Packaging must be returned to a store within 30 days of purchase.

2. Packaging must be in good, reusable condition.

3. Proof of purchase (till slip, order confirmation, or tax invoice) must be presented.
