1. Campaign Overview

This promotional offer ("the Promotion") is designed to reward customers with tiered discounts based on the total value of their basket at checkout. The Promotion offers up to 12% off and is valid for a limited time, as set out below. Available online only. Can be applied at checkout by selecting In-Store Pickup as the delivery method.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid during Easter weekend 2025 or while stocks last, whichever comes first. Leroy Merlin reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its discretion.

3. Discount Structure

Customers will receive a discount on their entire basket based on the total cart value (after any other applied discounts or coupons and before delivery fees):

• Spend R2,000 - R3,999: 8% discount applied to entire basket + R200 discount in-store in May
• Spend R4,000 - R5,999: 10% discount applied to entire basket + R400 discount in-store in May
• Spend R6,000 and above: 12% discount applied to entire basket + R600 discount in-store in May

4. Exclusions

No brand or category exclusions apply unless otherwise stated during the promotion.

The Promotion does not apply to delivery charges.

5. Important Notes

Discounts are applied to the basket total and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, coupons, or bulk discounts unless explicitly stated.

If items are returned or cancelled, and the remaining basket value falls below the qualifying tier, the discount will be recalculated accordingly and may affect the refund amount.

Discounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6. May In-Store Discount

Customers who make qualifying purchases during the Easter weekend promotion will receive an automatic discount on their next in-store purchase during May 2025.

The May discount amount is determined by the Easter spend tier (R200, R400, or R600).

May discounts are linked to the customer account used for the Easter purchase and will be automatically applied at checkout when the customer makes an in-store purchase in May 2025.

May discounts expire on May 31, 2025 and cannot be extended.

May discounts have no minimum spend requirement.

May discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Changes and Termination

Leroy Merlin reserves the right to:

Cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions without notice;

Disqualify any customer who tampers with the Promotion or breaches these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Leroy Merlin will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by any participant arising from participation in the Promotion, or from the use of any products purchased under this Promotion, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

May In-Store Discount Details

As part of this Easter promotion, qualifying customers will receive an automatic discount on their next in-store purchase during May 2025.

How It Works:

1. Make a qualifying purchase during Easter weekend (minimum spend R2,000) with In-Store Pickup
2. Your May discount will be automatically linked to your Leroy Merlin customer account
3. Visit any Leroy Merlin store in May 2025
4. Identify yourself at checkout with the same account used for your Easter purchase
5. Your discount will be automatically applied to your purchase

Important Information:

• May discounts are valid from May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025
• Discounts cannot be extended beyond this period
• No minimum spend is required to redeem your May discount
• The discount amount is fixed based on your Easter spend tier:
  • Easter spend R2,000-R3,999: R200 May discount
  • Easter spend R4,000-R5,999: R400 May discount
  • Easter spend R6,000+: R600 May discount
• May discounts can only be used once and will be applied to your entire purchase
• May discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers
• May discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• If you return items from your May purchase, the discount amount may be adjusted proportionally
