The gas lift is the component most prone to wear and it normally does not fall under the warranty cover but it is an easily replaceable part. FEATURES: 360-degree rotation Height adjustable (see spec sheet for min/max height detail) Weight Capacity:120kgs-150kgs (Range depends on Size of Mech, Base and Castor) NOTE: Gas lifts come in different shapes and sizes, so it is highly recommended that you measure your existing gas lift in order to choose the correct gas lift for your needs. SPECIFICATIONS: Our gas lifts all have a 50mm diameter standard thickness that tapers towards 44mm at the end of the gas lift where it is inserted into the chair. It is Highly Recommended that you make sure that the hole in your wheel base is within the 44mm-50mm diameter range to ensure that the gas lift will fit in your chair. Also note that the larger the hole, the gas lift tends to sit lower. NOTE: It is not difficult to insert a new gas lift, however removing the old one might be difficult. We recommend using a rubber mallet in conjunction with lubricant such as Q20 or WD40 to avoid damaging the rest of your chair.
