The system removes suspended particles, such as dust, rust, and other sediment, chemicals, such as chlorine, unpleasant tastes, and odors, bacteria, and viruses from drinking water to provide healthy, great tasting drinking water. The system also removes over 99% of dissolved minerals and impurities. Feed Water Conditions: - Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. - This drinking water system must be maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions, including the replacement of cartridges and membranes. Installation: Before installing this RO system, we strongly recommend that you or the installer check your inlet water pressure. If the pressure is below 3 bar, a booster pump is needed, if pressure is over 5.5 bar, a pressure regulating valve is needed. Warranty on this unit will be void if it is installed on a line with high water pressure without a suitable pressure regulating valve.
